Section 10(3) in Payment of Travelling Allowance (To Non-official Members of Committees, Commissions or other bodies) Rules, 2015
(3)Where however such member returns to his ordinary place of residence within three days of conclusion of the meeting of the Legislature or a Committee thereof, not being aware of the meeting of a Committee constituted by the Government he will be entitled to draw normal travelling allowance without such allowance being so restricted.
