Section 1(2A) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(2A)In their application to the scheduled areas in the State as referred to in clause (1) of Article 244 of the Constitution of India, the remaining provisions of this Act shall apply, subject to the provisions of Chapter VI-A of this Act.
