The Inspection Commission shall submit its report to the Registrar within 10 days after the inspection. The Commission shall point out in the report, lacunae, if any, in the fulfilment of the conditions to be satisfied and advise on the possibilities of rectification by the management within the given time not exceeding three months in any case.
