Section 24(4) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Registration, Membership, Direction & Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1985
(4)If at any time during the meeting sufficient number or members are not present to form the quorum, the Chairman or the member presiding over the meeting on his own, or on his attention being drawn to this fact, shall adjourn the meeting and the business that remains to be transacted at this meeting, if any, shall be disposed of in the usual manner at the adjourned meeting.
