30. Disputes.
(1)For the purposes of sub-section (4) of section 84 of the Act, the Central Registrar may appoint and fix the fee of the arbitrators subject to the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (26 of 1996).(2)Save as otherwise provided under this Act, the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (26 of 1996) shall apply to all arbitration under this Act as if the proceedings for arbitration were referred for settlement or decision under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (26 of 1996).
