- In addition to any rules for which provision is made in this chapter, rules may be made under this Act-(a)prescribing the periods and the crops for which irrigation agreements may be made;(b)prescribing the forms of irrigation agreements, and providing for the inclusion therein of incidents and conditions in addition to but consistent with those contained in this Act; and(c)regulating the procedure of canal officer in carrying out their duties under this chapter.
