Section 22(1) in The Hindustan Tractors Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of undertaking) Act, 1978
(1)After examining the claims with reference to the priorities set out in the Schedule, the Commissioners shall fix a date on or before which every claimant shall file the proof of his claim failing which he will be excluded from the benefit of the disbursement made by the Commissioner.
