Section 102(e) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
(e)subject to the provisions of any rule prescribing the conditions on which property may be acquired by the Board, acquire any land, along with the buildings thereon, which it considers necessary for the purpose of any scheme or work undertaken or projected in exercise of the powers conferred by the preceding clauses; or
