Section 7(1) in The Rajasthan District Courts Ministerial Establishment Rules, 1986
(1)Reservation of vacancies for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes shall be in accordance with the orders ox the Government for such reservation in force at the time of recruitment that is, by direct recruitment, and by promotion.
