103. Acquittal or dismissal of case, when Government does not appear. [§ 3, Act V, 1861].
- Where no appearance is entered on behalf of the Provincial Government and the action is dismissed, or the accused discharged or acquitted, the case will be dealt with as is laid down in clause (b) of regulation 99, allowance being made for the expenses (if any) realizable under the order of the Court.
