Section 80A(1) in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003
(1)The Registrar may issue orders to wind up a society in circumstances mentioned in sub-Section (1) of the Section 61:Provided that where an advice of the Reserve Bank of India is received for winding up of the Apex Co-operative Bank or a Central Co-operative Bank, the Registrar shall appoint a liquidator within one month of receiving such advice.
