Section 17 in The Haryana Local Area Development Tax Act, 2000
17. Submission of certain records by owners, etc., of goods carriers.
- The owner or other person incharge of a goods carrier shall, in respect of the goods transported by him in such goods carriers submit to the assessing authority having jurisdiction over the local area in which the goods are delivered, such particulars thereof within such time and manner as may be prescribed.
