Section 4 in The Rajasthan Boiler Attendants' Rules, 1954
4. Holder to produce the same certificate when called for by any authorised person.
- The holder of a certificate or a Provisional Order under these rules shall, at all reasonable times during the period any boiler is in his charge, be bound to produce such certificate when called upon to do so by any of the persons empowered under Section 15 to call for the production of the certificate or Provisional Order authorising the use of the boiler.
