43. Procedure for export of spirituous preparations.
- The procedure as laid down under Rules 35, 36, 37, 38 and 39 above shall apply for export of spirituous preparations.Provided that no export pass shall be necessary for the export by post to private persons of not more than 500 ml. at any time of duty paid spirituous medicinal and toilet preparations and perfumery which are meant for bonafide private consumption and not for sale.
