Section 94(1) in The U.P. Municipalities Act, 1916
(1)The names of the members present, and the proceedings held and resolutions passed, at a meeting of a [Municipality] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 12 of 1994.] shall be entered in a book to be called the minute book.
