Section 86(a) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(a)Where a petition is presented, an application shall, in every case, be made by along with summons in Form No. 19 to the Member for directions as to the advertisement of the petition, the notices to be served and the proceedings to be taken.
