Section 13(17) in The M.P. Foreigners (Arrest and Conditions of Detention or Confinement) Order, 1974
(17)The Superintendent of Police or any Police official authorised by him in this behalf may take photographs, register the finger prints and take Specimens of the signature and handwriting of an internee in the prison.
