Section 1 in The Karnataka Professional Education Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) Act, 2006
1. Short title and commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Determination of Fee) Act, 2006.(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
