Section 5(1) in Karnataka Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2011
(1)Subject to the pleasure of the Government and the provisions of section 6, non-official members nominated by the Government shall hold office for a period of three years from the date on which they assume office and shall be eligible for reappointment under such conditions as may be prescribed.
