State of Gujarat - Subsection

Section 16(1)(c) in The Gujarat Ayurved University Act, 1965

(c)person who immediately before the commencement of this section, were practising as registered medical practitioners under the Gujarat Medical Practitioners' Act, 1963 (6 of 1964) and are certified by the Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine as practising Ayurvedic System of medicine within the meaning of this Act.
