(1)On receipt of an application for the grant or renewal of a quarry lease, its details shall be first circulated for display on the notice board of the Zila Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat and [Gram Sabha] [Substituted by Notification No. 19-162-2000-XII-2, dated 20-03-2001.] concerned of the district and collectorate of the district concerned.
