Section 3 in The Meghalaya Cinemas (Regulation) Rules

3. Kinds of Licenses.

- There shall be four kinds of licensee, namely for-

(i)Permanent cinemas;

(ii)Temporary indoor cinemas;

(iii)Temporary open air cinemas; and

(iv)Touring cinemas.
