Section 2(4) in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
(4)On the issue of the notification the Election Officer shall give public notice of the intended elections for Water Users' Association, Form 2, in Telugu language which shall be published at prominent places and in such manner as the Election Officer may direct.
