Section 36(1) in The Delhi Development Authority (Management And Disposal Of Housing Estates) Regulations, 1968
(1)The possession of the property shall be handed over to the hirer on the completion of the following events:(a)The hirer has paid the first instalment and such other dues as shall have been demanded by the Authority.(b)The hirer has executed the agreement mentioned in regulation 35.(c)The Registered Agency of which the hirer is a member has been duly registered in the manner prescribed by regulation 41 and such Agency has executed an agreement with the Authority as provided in regulation 35.
