Section 27(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations (Conduct of Election of Members, Election Expenses and Election Petitions) Rules, 2005
(1)Every ballot paper to be used at an election shall have a counterfoil attached thereto and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in such colour, form and the particulars therein shall be in such language, or languages as the State Election Commission may direct. It shall also contain the symbols allotted to the candidates.
