Section 308 in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
308. Quarrying, blasting, cutting timber or building.
- Whoever quarries, blasts, cuts timber or carries on building operations in such manner as to cause or to be likely to cause danger to persons passing by or dwelling or working in the neighbourhood, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.
