Section 65 in Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951
65. Scheme to lapse on notification.
- On the publication of the notification, the scheme of administration, if any, settled for the religious institution, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, and all rules, if any famed under such scheme shall cease to apply to the institution; and such scheme and rules shall not be deemed to be revived by reason of the cancellation of the notification or by reason of its having ceased to be in force by efflux of time.
