Section 1 in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called as "The Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019."(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
