Section 65(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the State Advisory Board shall be the consultative and advisory body on disability matters, and shall facilitate the continuous evolution of a comprehensive policy for the empowerment of persons with disabilities and the full enjoyment of rights.
