Section 14(1) in The Karnataka Tank Conservation and Development Authority Act, 2014
(1)When there is reason to believe that an offence punishable under section 12 has been committed, any instrument, implement, machinery, device, tool, boat, vehicle or any other material or object used in committing any such offence, may be seized by the Designated officer or any other officer empowered by the Authority in this behalf (hereinafter referred to as empowered officer)
