1. Learned counsel for both sides pray that if this matter is referred to mediation, there is a possibility of amicable resolution of the disputes. Accordingly, the disputes stand referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, whom the parties may contact on 11 July 2024 to fix the schedule for mediation.
2. Renotify in Court on 6 September 2024 to ascertain the outcome of mediation.
