Section 38B(1) in The Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952
(1)Every jagirdar whose jagir land has been resumed under section 21 shall, within two months of the date of the notification under that section, apply in writing in the prescribed form to the Jagir Commissioner for determination and payment of rehabilitation grant.
