Section 39(6) in The Delhi School Education Rules, 1973
(6)Detailed instructions regarding the scale of accommodation, scale of furniture, scale of hostel fees, facilities for the Hostel Superintendent, duties of wardens, medical and other care of the hostelers and other facilities; and conditions for admission in any hostel shall be specified by the Administrator, on the advice of Advisory Board.
