Section 51(1)(a) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015

(a)The lessee shall pay, for every year except for the first year of the lease, yearly Dead Rent at the rates specified in the Schedule IV, in advance for the whole year, on or before the 20th day of the first month or the year;
