Section 2(1)(ii) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Metering) Regulations 2007

(ii)"Base Computer" (BC) means computer with a provision of a Base Computer Software (BCS) meant to handle the data down loaded from meter(s), to process the data into desired output and to synchronise the time with GPS signal.
