(16)"Feed-in-Tariff" means the Generic Tariff determined by the Commission for generation from Solar Photovoltaic projects for Gross Metering in accordance with the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and UTs (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2019 or as amended from time to time;
