1. Heard Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned decision under Annexure-9 so far it relates to his posting at FMMCH, Balasore and further to direct opposite party Nos.1 and 2 to grant him regular promotion to the post of Associate Professor in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in opposite party No.3 modifying the order dated 5th August, 2024 of the Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Government of Odisha in Health & Family Welfare Department on the grounds stated therein.

3. Since the Court has passed an order in W.P.(C) No.19360 of 2024 being the leading case along with batch matters, it is inclined to issue notice to the opposite parties in the case at hand as well.

5. Notice.

6. Mr. Panigrahi learned ASC for the State accepts notice for the opposite parties. An extra copy of the writ petition with annexures be served on the State by 16th August, 2024.

7. Registry is requested to ensure listing of the matter along with batch cases before the assigned Bench with the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

2. Instant petition is filed by the petitioner for staying operation of the Government notification/order under Annexure-9 pending response of the State.

3. Awaiting response of the State, this Court, as an interim measure, in view of Annexure-9 directs that there shall be status quo maintained till the next date.

4. List on the date fixed.

5. Urgent copy of the order be issued as per rules and in course of the day and to be uploaded in the Court's Website forthwith.
