(2)Where a licensee desires to transfer or assign his license in favour of some other persons, a joint application in writing signed by the licensee and the proposed transferee shall be made to the licensing authority giving all the details required in Form 'L' along with a treasury receipt for payment of the transfer fee, and a copy of the document, if any, executed between the parties showing the reasons for the proposed transfer.
