Order 16/05/2022 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner had raised substantial grounds in the appeal against the order passed by disciplinary authority, the appellate authority has not considered any of the grounds and in a wholly cursory manner, the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.
In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable on 16.08.2022.
Notices be filed in two sets. Both sets of notices be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for the petitioner. One set of notices be sent through registered post, acknowledgment due.
