Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the learned court below has proceeded in the matter and the next date in the matter is 12.05.2023 and the respondent has already prayed for issuance of writ of attachment of the sinter plant of the petitioner and therefore, they are seeking interim relief from this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that they shall file counter-affidavit on 09.05.2023 and the matter can be posted for hearing on 11.05.2023.
