Section 8 in The National Law University Orissa Act, 2008
8. Chancellor of the University.
(1)The Chief Justice of the High Court of Orissa shall be the Chancellor of the University.(2)The Chancellor shall appoint Vice-Chancellor of the University in accordance with the procedure prescribed in the Schedule.
