Section 7(2) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Setting up of Wind Farm) Rules, 2006
(2)Annual rent shall be charged at the rate of Rs. 500/- per bigha per year. Such rent shall be liable to be revised by the State Government after every 10 years. The enhancement in rent at each such revision shall not exceed 25% of the rent payable for the period immediately preceding such revision.
