(1)The municipality shall constitute a Municipal Streets Technical Committee with the following elected members, namely:-(a)in the case of a Municipal Corporation, seven councillors chosen by the Council,(b)in the case of a Class 'A' Municipal Council, five councillors chosen by the Council, and(c)in the case of a Class 'B' Municipal Council or a Nagar Panchayat, three councillors chosen by the respective Council.
