Section 23(1) in Tamil Nadu Business Facilitation Act, 2018
(1)The Government may, by notification, constitute an MSME Investment Promotion and Monitoring Board with the Minister for Rural Industries, Government of Tamil Nadu as the Chairman, Industries Commissioner and Director of Industries and Commerce as the Member Convener, and such other members as may be prescribed.
