The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to file rejoinder in the light of the reply filed by the Respondents. The learned counsel for the Respondents state that this petition has arisen from order passed in revision and the order is speaking order and reply only reiterates the grounds taken in those orders. Therefore, at present we are not inclined to grant leave to file rejoinder. We will grant leave, if it is necessary during the argument.
