Section 67 in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
67. Right of Government officers to attend address and take part in meeting of Council.
- The Collector and such other officers as the State Government may, by general or special order, appoint in this behalf shall be entitled to attend any meeting of a Council within their jurisdiction, address it on any matter affecting the work of their departments and take part in the proceedings relating thereto but shall not be entitled to vote.
