18. Government to set-up separate cells in State Institutes of Education and District Institutes of Education and training.
- The Government shall set-up separate cells in State Institutes of Education and District Institutes of Education and Training for training adequate number of teachers to meet the Educational needs of disabled students and assist the National Institutes and other Voluntary Organisations to develop teachers training programmes specialising in disabilities so that requisite trained manpower is available for disabled children for the purpose.
