Section 38(1) in The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Orissa Rules, 2003
(1)Vacancies, required to be notified the local Special Employment Exchange/Cell shall be notified atleast 30 days before the date on which applicants will be interviewed or tested where interviews or tests are held, or the date on which vacancies are intended to be filled up if no interviews or tests are held.
