Section 60(1) in Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966
(1)It shall be lawful for the State Government, by notification in the Official Gazette from time to time,-(a)to suspend the operation of Section 55 within any prescribed local area, either generally, or in respect of cultivators or occupants of a particular class or classes, and(b)to cancel any such notification.
