- In all new layouts of building each plot having an area of 100 square Meters or more shall be planted with trees after the completion of construction of building. The number of trees to be planted shall be worked out at 100 square Meters for one tree of the area of individual plot. The occupancy certificate for the building will be issued only when the authority is satisfied that the provisions of this rule have been complied with.
